CONCEPT OF MOOD
Illusia Flux is a flowing illusion, a manifestation of feminine power that transcends reality and imagination.
It uses shades of purple and blue to evoke mystery and depth, while gold and silver reflect strength and elegance, creating a visual world that is both dreamlike and dynamic.
The design emphasizes movement and fluidity, incorporating unique cuts, fabrics that shift with light, and metallic accents to showcase the balance of softness and strength. Illusia Flux breaks free from the monotony of traditional activewear, merging functionality with striking aesthetics, allowing women to exude confidence, mystery, and extraordinary presence with every motion.
Within this ever-changing flow, every woman is the master of her own destiny—graceful yet powerful, enigmatic yet radiant.
PANEL DESIGN
This panel showcases a collaboration with the beading company WestCoast, which began with the development of a single custom beading design and evolved into a full eveningwear collection. The visual map illustrates the workflow and creative process behind the beading development—from initial concepts to finalized garments—highlighting the dialogue between textile embellishment and silhouette. This project reflects the integration of craftsmanship, storytelling, and design strategy in creating a cohesive, refined collection.
This is the first design piece of the collection, featuring custom-designed beaded panels that form both the front and back covers of the garment. The front bodice showcases dramatic draping across the shoulders and waist, while the back transitions into a soft, shoulder-focused cape created entirely through sculptural draping.
Every beaded panel was meticulously recut and reassembled during the final stages of construction to achieve the desired silhouette and texture. The base of the garment is a classic mermaid silhouette, but to break away from tradition and add a sense of boldness, I introduced a large cutout at the waist, enhancing both the sensuality and the contemporary edge of the design.
To maintain a modern and elevated aesthetic, the dress features a sleeveless high-neck structure. The shoulders are finished with delicately draped sheer beaded tulle, creating a soft, translucent effect that suggests elegance and mystery. This piece reflects the essence of the entire collection — strength, fluidity, and a balance between structure and sensuality.
